Randy W. Swope, 52, of Warsaw, died at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 29, 2008, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born March 10, 1955, in Warsaw, to Harold and Patsy Taylor Swope.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, he was a former welder at American Can, Warsaw, and a loving son, father and grandfather.
Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Patsy and Robert Hamilton, Warsaw; two sons, Chad Swope, Pierceton, and Zack Swope, Warsaw; a daughter, Bambi Swope, Warsaw; a brother, Mike (and spouse Patty) Swope, Warsaw; and three sisters, Janet (and spouse Troy) Ousley, Claypool, and Rita (and spouse Darwin) Busz and Cindy (and spouse Tim) Brown, both of Warsaw; and three grandchildren, Autumn, Mason and Hailey Swope, all of Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Swope, who died in 1981, and an infant son, Kenneth Swope.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Rev. Rick Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
