Randall Foster Richardson, 50, of Warsaw, died at 12:22 a.m. April 26, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born Dec. 23, 1962, in Warsaw, to Foster and Ruby Marshall Richardson. He was raised by his uncle and aunt, Jesse and Wanda Richardson. On Oct. 26, 1998, in Warsaw, he married Teresa Schweitzberger, who survives.
A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, he was a 1981 graduate of Whitko High School, South Whitley, and was a truck driver for Parker & Sons, Silver Lake. He was a member of Burket United Methodist Church; Syracuse Veterans of Foreign Wars; American Legion Post 253, North Webster; and the Indiana Patriot Guard. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp until his honorable discharge in 1984.
Surviving are two sons, Michael Richardson, Claypool, and Nick Richardson, Fort Wayne; four daughters: Lindsay (and spouse Justin) Filson, Fort Lewis, Wash.; Spring Batton, Soldotna, Alaska; Kelly (and spouse Brian) Chunn, Kenai, Alaska; and Emmaline Richardson,   Warsaw; and eight grandchildren; four brothers: Danny Richardson, North Webster; Rick Richardson and Darrell Hall, both of Warsaw; and Larry Richardson, Pierceton;  and two sisters, Pat Mast, Syracuse, and Kathy Dawson,   Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services were at 11 a.m. today at Burket United Methodist Church officiated by Pastor Gary Loy. Burial was in Cleveland Township Cemetery, South Whitley,  with military rites by members of American Legion Post  258, Pierceton.
Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, was in charge of arrangements.
