NOTICE DEMANDING PAYMENT TO RUBEN RADZIMINISKI STATE OF INDIANA ss: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO
Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-9-1 et seq., as adopted by Kosciusko County Ordinance 11-11-22-001, Ruben Radziminiski was ordered on June 2, 2015 to demolish and remove the unsafe building located on real property situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, which real property is commonly known as 29 EMS B74 Lane, Warsaw, Indiana, 46582, and legally described as follows: Lot Numbered 8 in Jamison’s Addition to Lakeview Park, Little Barbee Lake, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 403D, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. That the said order was affirmed by the hearing authority on July 16, 2015, but that the order was not complied with, and that, accordingly, a contract was let at public bid for the removal of the said unsafe building. That more than fifteen (15) days have elapsed since completion of the work at a cost of Three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and Zero Cents ($3,497.00), which amount remains unpaid. Additionally, an amount representing the average processing expense, said amount being Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($750.00), remains unpaid. Accordingly, the sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred and Forty Seven Dollars and Zero Cents ($4,247.00) is presently owing and unpaid. This notice is to demand payment in full of this amount within thirty (30) days. If payment in full is not made within the allowed time, then the unpaid amount may be added to the tax duplicate of the affected property as a special assessment.
