GRABOVEZ and CLAIRE GRABOVEZ, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT SITTING AT WARSAW, INDIANA CAUSE NO. 43D01-1103-MI-19 TO RESIDENTS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA, AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN: You are hereby notified that the Plaintiffs in the foregoing cause have filed in the Kosciusko County Superior Court a Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Estate to the following described real estate located in Kosciusko County: commonly known as 1122 South Lake Street, in Kosciusko County, Syracuse, Indiana, and legally described as follows: Lot 13 in Oakwood Park, fourth addition to Lake Wawasee as recorded per plat thereof in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Plaintiff's Complaint asks to quiet title against the world. Plaintiffs claim superior title to the foregoing real estate by virtue of and through a properly executed Warranty Deed. If you claim any interest in the real estate described herein, you or your representative must file an answer to Plaintiffs Complaint within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this notice or a judgment by default may be entered against you by the Court quieting title to the above described real estate.
