Being bounded on the east by Lot #3A in Bigler' First Addition to Bayview as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 260A in the Office of the Recorder in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and bounded on the north by Lot #2A in said Bigler's Addition more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a 2" pipe at the southwest corner of said lot #3A; thence north 18º34'49" West (basis of bearings established by Survey-grade GPS using the GNSS), 102.2 feet to a 1-1/2" pipe at the west corner of said lot #2A; thence south 68º44'12" east, along the south line of said lot #2A, 43.9 feet to a 3/4" pipe at the southeast corner of said lot #2A, thence south 05º53'40" west, along the west line of said lot #3A, 81.4 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.04 acres more or less.
