YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs have filed an action in the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 asking the Court to quiet title to certain real estate described as follows:
Lots Numbered Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) in the Plat of Southtown Shores First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 106 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana
If you claim an interest in the real estate described herein, you or your attorney must file a response to Plaintiffs’ complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this Notice. If you fail to respond to Plaintiffs’ complaint, the Court may grant Plaintiffs the relief requested.
