YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff has filed an action in the Kosciusko Circuit/Superior Court No. 1 asking the Court to quiet title to certain real estate described as follows:
Commencing Eleven (11) rods and Eight (8) links West of the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32 North, Range 6 East; thence West on the Section line, Thirteen (13) rods; thence North Ten (10) rods and Seven (7) links; thence East Nine (9) rods to the center of the road; thence South Twenty (20) degrees East Eleven (11) rods and Five (5) links to the Place of Beginning, containing 3/4 acre, more or less. Situate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana.
If you claim an interest in the real estate described herein, you or your attorney must file a response to Plaintiff’s complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this Notice. If you fail to respond to Plaintiff’s complaint, the Court may grant Plaintiff the relief requested.
