NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plaintiff, in the above entitled cause, Paul Gayheart, filed, in the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, their Complaint to Quiet Title against the above-named Defendants, and that a cause of action exists against all of the Defendant; that all of said Defendants are necessary parties to the action; and that said action is instituted and prosecuted for the purpose of quieting title as against all Defendants, claims, and claimants whomsoever and against the world to the following described real estate in said complaint, and situate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Brief legal description: Lot 48 in Block 7 of Unit 1, as shown on the survey and original plat of Oak Grove Beach, on Lake Palestine, Kosciusko County, Indiana, as shown by the recorded plat there of in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN to each and all of the said Defendants that you must answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in writing on or before the 2nd day of November, 2018, that being at least thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice, and if you fail to do so, a judgment may be entered against you upon your default for the relief of the Plaintiff has demanded.
