IACT President, Mayor Joe Stahura, Whiting, has appointed Warsaw City Councilwoman Diane Quance as a member of the 2012 Environmental Policy Committee.
The Environmental Policy Committee studies environmental issues; monitors and reviews ending legislation and develops legislation. The committee also works with State and Federal agencies to advance municipal issues.
Quance is pleased to accept this appointment and hopes to benefit the residents of the City of Warsaw by having more direct input into decisions that are made at the state level that impact the quality of life for local residents.
