GREGORY, Plaintiffs vs. PAUL PERKINS and LOIS PERKINS Defendants and ALL OTHER PERSONS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE LIEN, OR INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT, ADVERSE TO PLAINTIFF'S OWNERSHIP, OR ANY CLOUD ON PLAINTIFF'S TITLE THERETO IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-0905-CP-266 Paul Perkins and Lois Perkins and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the complaint are notified that a Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Estate was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, more specifically described as follows: Legal Description: West 1/2 Lot 51 and 62 OP. Commonly known as 104 West Center Street in the town of Sidney, Indiana. Plaintiffs have also filed their Praecipe for Summons along with supporting affidavit, showing that diligent search has been made and Paul Perkins and Lois Perkins cannot be located. If Paul Perkins and Lois Perkins or any other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the aforementioned real property do not file a response to the complaint to quiet title, the above named court will hear, determine and grant a default judgment as to all such individuals and quiet title to real estate identified.
