Pertaining to the article about the 21 men arrested:

I first read this in the Journal Gazette - what a nice article they did. Why can't the Times-Union have the same dignity that the Journal Gazette has by not publishing the names of people with misdemeanor charges?Your police department and your paper only want to hurt the loved ones of these men. Oh, yes, at the end of your article it was written "all are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law." You have already "lynched them and their love ones." How distasteful!

If they were caught in the nude, then where are the pictures? Why weren't they given tickets and arrested on the day it happened? Why didn't this article come out before Governor Daniels was at the parks? Do you really think that exposing these men will promote your precious "Lake City"? Do you Times-Union Editors have all of the facts? Or is this just what your police department came up with for you to publish?

Your great police department can't even tell or identify people when they have them on video tape. It would be nice for the paper to go undercover and investigate the truth before it is on the front page. Just because the officer swears to uphold the law doesn't mean that they don't use entrapment to get their arrest.

It would be my hope that all 21 men pursue these charges together and make the Warsaw Police Department prove theirselves in a court of law.
