• 4:09 a.m. Friday – David Lee Fry, 51, Topeka, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:22 p.m. Friday – Aaron Robert Marshall, 33, of 777 N. CR 600W, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and probation violation. Bond: $583.
• 2:25 p.m. Friday – James Allen Bradley Jr., 20, of 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $183.50.
• 5:02 p.m. Friday – Buck Slone, 55, of 318 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $885.
• 5:35 p.m. Friday – Mathew Joshua Stephen Russell, 24, of 7889 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol level of .15 or higher. Bond: $700.
• 5:44 p.m. Friday – Angel Lee Halsey, 30, of 3781 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:31 p.m. Friday – Melisha Ann Felix, 38, of 9775 S. CR 950W, South Whitley, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
Personal Injury Accidents
• 3:39 p.m. Thursday – East CR 1300N, east of North CR 300E, Syracuse. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Barbara N. Walters, 34, Anchorage Road, Warsaw; Dean J. Miller, 58, CR 25, Syracuse. Injuries: Walters suffered injury to her abdomen/pelvis and was taken to the emergency room at Kosciusko Community Hospital; Miller refused treatment at the scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 1:53 p.m. Friday – West CR 1350N, west of North CR 300W, Milford. Pickup-buggy collision. Drivers: Seth J. Freeman, 35, Albion; Leann K. Miller, 32, North CR 300W, Milford. Injuries: Miller suffered injury to her head and was taken by medics to an unknown location; passengers in Miller’s buggy, Savannah Miller, 2, and Isaiah Miller, 4, were attended to by medics at the scene; the horse pulling the buggy suffered an injury to its left rear leg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
Property Damage Accidents
• 8:49 a.m. Thursday – Ind. 15 at West CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Darlene K. DeTurk, 68, East CR 350N, Warsaw; Christian J. Kelsey, 21, Saint Clair Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:30 a.m. Friday – 100 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. Pickup hit utility pole. Driver: E.D. Jones, 52, Prairie Street, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 6:55 p.m. Thursday – A firearm was reported missing in the 11000 block of CR 500S, Mentone. KCSD.
• 9:08 p.m. Thursday – Domestic battery was reported at a gas station in the 600 block of North Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 2:30 a.m. Friday – A driver seen weaving along the road was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 11300 block of Ind. 13 and CR 650, Syracuse. KCSD.
