Bond: $500. n 9:55 a.m. Friday – Arnol Ortiz, 34, OF 503 W. 4th St., Milford, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $25,000. n 11:39 a.m. Friday – Merle Kaufman, 35, Goshen, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $750. n 1:07 p.m. Friday – Uriah Milton, 34, Plymouth, arrested for dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $50,000. n 1:25 p.m. Friday – Michael Bailey, 42, Milton, Fla., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500. n 1:33 p.m. Friday – Annmarie Castle, 23, of 312 W. Porter St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500. n 3:39 p.m. Friday – Chase Meade, 20, Toeka, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,500. Personal Injury Accident n 12:16 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15 S. and CR 950 S., Silver Lake. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Zachary Kerr, 23, South Pearson Boulevard, Silver Lake; Kelly Owens, 29, Ind. 14 W., Silver Lake. Injuries. Kerr complained of pain to the neck; Owens complained of pain to the back.
