Ditmer, 84, Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake. Injuries: Passenger Meridien S. Handy, 19, of San Marcos, Calif., transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital complaining of head and neck pain; Ditmer airlifted to Fort Wayne trauma center for unstable chest wall. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
