- 3:45 a.m. Saturday - Scott Andrew Werner, 40, of 1711 S. Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
- 5:30 a.m. Saturday - Bruce Stephens, 51, of 1808 Indiana Trail, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to chemical testing and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $550.
- 9:52 a.m. Saturday - Moses Lee McNess, 45, of of 106 Boydston, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 12:31 p.m. Saturday - Derek Charles Krichbaum, 23, of 201 Lakeview Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended.
- 1:48 p.m. Saturday - Charles Fredrick Borg, 45, of 513 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 2:39 p.m. Saturday - Jennifer L. Meinika, 33, of 1506 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 8:43 p.m. Saturday - Bard Clark Fair, 49, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 9:30 p.m. Saturday - Oswaldo Avedao, 18, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.
- 9:41 p.m. Saturday - Christopher Alan Greesley, 25, of 1710 Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for burglary and probation violation. Bond: $31,000.
- 10:09 p.m. Saturday - Tara Greesley, 24, of 1710 Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $30,000.
- 1:06 a.m. Sunday - Jessica Marie Hall, 18, of 3046 W. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for being a minor inside a tavern and possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
- 1:07 a.m. Sunday - Esmerelda Garza Diaz, 41, of 724 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
- 1:30 a.m. Sunday - Debbie Sue McNees, 27, of 8622 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. No bond set.
- 3:33 a.m. Sunday - Paul Anthony Sedoon, 42, Goshen, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
