 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 12:04 a.m. Saturday – Fred Hoyle III, 18, of 809 S. Main St., Milford, arrested for visiting a common nuisance, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.
n 12:05 a.m. Saturday – Dakota Ralph Fuller, 19, of 413 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. No bond set.
n 12:29 a.m. Saturday – Logan David Keen, 18, of 2404 Westwood Road, Winona Lake, arrested for visiting a common nuisance and illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. Bond: $350.
n 3:35 a.m. Saturday – Benjamin Thomas Jackson, 21, of 403 Jackson Hole, Syracuse, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
n 3:46 a.m. Saturday – Vikki Lynn Shaw, 52, EMS B38B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 5:08 a.m. Saturday – Dylan Lee Wallace, 21, of 12198 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC between .08 and .15 and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 12:17 a.m. Sunday – Megan Cristine Stevens, 37, Rochester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or more than .15. Bond: $550.
n 11:22 a.m. Sunday – Sarah Ann Mills, 21, of 7094 S. CR 100E, Claypool, arrested for neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury. Bond: $10,000.
n 4:22 p.m. Sunday – Travis Allen LaFollette, 21, of 5101 W. Corlys Lane, Silver Lake, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.

n 9:31 a.m. Saturday – South Main Street, 75 feet north of West Emeline Street, Milford. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Rhonda R. Thrasher, 48, Ligonier; Phyllis K. Hall, 74, EMS D24 Lane, Syracuse. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Milford Police Department investigated.
n 9:37 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Bronson Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Steven P. Kuhn, 28, East North Winds Drive, Warsaw; Laurel A. Shoemaker, 70, EMS B28C Lane, Pierceton. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 10:47 a.m. Saturday – 106 S. Higbee St., Milford. Driver struck parked vehicle registered to Steven R. Allen, North Shaffer Street, Milford. Driver: Linda K. Pringle, 53, South Pearl Street, Leesburg. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. MPD.
n 5:30 p.m. Saturday – South Ind. 25, 32 feet east of South CR 450W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Audrey E. Roettger, 82, South Fern Lane, Claypool; Stephanie S. Nafziger, 64, East CR 550N, Leesburg. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 6:44 a.m. Sunday – East CR 600S, 500 feet east of South County Farm Road, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Melissa A. Shepherd, 33, South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
