Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for resisting arrest with a vehicle - with injury, and reckless driving at an unreasonable high or low speed. Bond: $2,000. n 1:06 p.m. Sunday – Michael Patrick Zimny, 54, of Glenwood, Ill., arrested for aggravated battery creating substantial risk of death – other weapon. No bond set. n 1:31 p.m. Sunday – Jeremy James King, 38, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #113, Pierceton, arrested for resisting law enforcement – fleeing after ordered to stop, and driving while suspended with a prior conviction. Burkett, 53, of 3284 18B Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for criminal recklessness with a vehicle, leaving the scene of a personal property accident and resisting law enforcement. Property Damage Accidents n 3:36 a.m. Sunday – East CR 400N, 1,000 feet north of North Ind. 13, North Webster. Driver struck a NIPSCO pole and left the scene of the accident, abandoning vehicle. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. n 6:54 a.m. Sunday – West Crystal Lake Road, 1,000 feet east of South CR 600W, Warsaw. Police were in pursuit of a vehicle when vehicle left the roadway and struck a mailbox and street sign. Driver: Destinee N. Robinson-Moore, 19, South Mallard Road, Mentone. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD. n 11:07 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of North Detroit Street and West CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver left roadway and struck an electrical box. Driver: Lindy G. Dilley, 29, South Harkless Drive, Syracuse. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 11:35 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of East CR 200N and U.S. 30, Warsaw.
