Bond: $750. - 10:32 a.m. Tuesday – Jacob Lee Hess, 28, of Marion, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,000. - 11:17 a.m. Tuesday – Tabitha Marie Davis, 27, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Property Damage Accidents - 12:43 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 900N and 300W, Milford. One vehicle ran off road. Driver: Sergio C. Rico, 40, of 5901 W. Blue Heron Lane, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. - 3:18 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and Old 30, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Darrell E. Campbell, 60, of 4555 E. CR 1200N, Syracuse; Debra A. Snizek, 58, of 650 Dogwood Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

KCSD. - Monday – A Pierceton man reported a trailer and scrap metal stolen from his property, which he later discovered had been sold to a scrap yard.
