- 8:59 a.m. Tuesday - Joel Thomas Hickman, 19, of 8646 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 9:47 a.m. Tuesday - Jeffrey Scott Marshall, 38, Logansport, arrested for non-support. Bond: $5,000.
- 10:13 a.m. Tuesday - Tricia Ayres Robinson, 43, of 1315 Clearcreek Trail, North Manchester, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.
- 1:17 p.m. Tuesday - Juan Manuel Bernal, 35, of 3762 W. Old 30, Lot 65, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:22 p.m. Tuesday - Rafael Bautista, 59, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for forgery and deception. Bond: $2,000.
- 3:19 p.m. Tuesday - James Franklin Osborne, 55, McDowell, Ky., arrested for failure to appear and an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $500.
- 5:14 p.m. Tuesday - Rodney Jay Bays, 42, of 8836 S. CR 425W, Silver Lake, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $9,000.
- 7:59 p.m. Tuesday - Willie Foster Jensen, 24, of 605 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested on two counts of fraud, failure to appear, possession of narcotics and theft. Bond: $4,570.
- 7:59 p.m. Tuesday - Lindsay Jensen, 20, of 605 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested on two counts of fraud, possession of narcotics and theft. Bond: $4,570.

- 10:50 a.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30W and CR 800W, Atwood. Two-car collision. Drivers: Orville W. Perkins, 75, Osceola; Idelpha J. Price, 78, West Railroad Street, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
