n 1:11 p.m. Wednesday - John Michael Arthur, 22, of 7176 E. Blacks Court, North Webster, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $1,000.

n 1:12 p.m. Wednesday - Thomas P. Jones, 34, Goshen, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

n 4:25 p.m. Wednesday - Heath James Galloway, 18, of 802 S. State St., South Whitley, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

n 5:11 p.m. Saturday - Fox Farm Road, 800 feet south of South Side Drive, Warsaw. Van hit utility pole. Driver: Leann M. Ritenour, 27, Fox farm Road, Warsaw. Injury: Ritenour suffered minor bleeding to her head. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 11:49 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Fort Wayne and Harrison streets, Warsaw. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: Sue A. Bailey, 66, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; John J. Lowman, 55, Main Street, Burket. Injury: Bailey complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 10:22 a.m. Wednesday - Debra Diane Hutter, Tamarack Street, Warsaw, reported a fraud on her bank account. WPD.

n 2:30 p.m. Wednesday - A Warsaw woman reported being battered. WPD.

n 5:11 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Freedom Express, Center Street, Warsaw, reported a vehicle hit a gas pump. Damage: $100. WPD.

n 5:58 p.m. Wednesday - Corliss Rapsavage, Alpha Street, Warsaw, reported her vehicle was scratched. WPD.
