The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 9:12 p.m. Friday - Derek Robert Fleckenstein, 30, of 7625 CR 1000N, Syracuse, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement and false police reporting. Bond: $500.
- 3:08 a.m. Saturday - Matthew Jay Maurer, 31, of 106 E. Arthur St., Sidney, arrested for driving while intocixated and possession of marijuana. Bond: $750.
- 3:16 a.m. Saturday - Willie Lee Sutton, 47, of 2476 W. Wildwood Trail, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 2:32 p.m. Saturday - Joshua Dewayne WIllis, 25, of 1575 May St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 4:15 p.m. Saturday - Trent Eric Penn, 43, of 223 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.
- 4:35 p.m. Saturday - Michael C. Williams, 45, of 3920 Meadow Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
