The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:15 p.m. Friday – Kevin Ryan Anderson, 35, of 6067 N. Second St., Leesburg, was picked up in Pinellas County, Fla., and arrested by Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies on four counts of felony probation violations, filing a false report-misdemeanor, and invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.
• 9:20 p.m. Friday – John Robert Denton, 36, of 5673 S. CR 650N, Pierceton, was arrested in the 100 block of West Bowser Road for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.
• 9:51 p.m. Friday – Terry Alan Casselman, 59, of 6735 E. South Barbee Drive, Pierceton, was arrested in the 700 block of North Side Drive, Warsaw, for failure to appear-felony and failure to appear-misdemeanor. Bond: $283.
• Midnight Saturday – Patricia Medina Sanchez, 43, of 920 Anchorage Road, #10, Warsaw, was arrested in the 800 block of South CR 250E, Winona Lake, for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.
• 12:27 a.m. Saturday – Roberto Gonzalez Jr., 18, of 3762 West Old Road 30, Warsaw, was arrested in the 400 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior, reckless driving and operator never licensed. Bond: $500.
• 10:09 p.m. Saturday – Cory Michale Cole, 19, of 211 S. West St., Milford, was arrested at the intersection of West and First streets in Milford for battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $2,750.
• 12:08 a.m. Sunday – Belinda Gayle Ellison, 60, of 223 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, was arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 11:27 a.m. Sunday – Frank Robert Shell, 25, of 3040 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, was arrested in the 1400 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, for reckless driving. Bond: $500.
• 3:22 p.m. Sunday – Perla Joceline Ayala, 22, of 550 Wexford Place, Warsaw, was arrested in the 800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for theft and theft with a prior. Bond: $10,250.
• 8:19 p.m. Sunday – Justin Lee Quinn, 35, of 764 N. Lake St., Warsaw, was arrested at the Kosciusko County Jail for failure to pay. Bond: $283.50.
• 10:44 p.m. Sunday – Mario Cardova, 19, Elkhart, was arrested in the 1400 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw, for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.
• Nicholas Robert Henkler, 27, of 1613 E. Clark St., Warsaw, was arrested at his residence for possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.
Personal Injury Accident
• 3:54 p.m. Friday – West Lake Street at North Warren Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup truck collision. Drivers: Fernando Islas, 55, Hartzler Street, Warsaw; and Justin Hollar, 38, West Market Street, Warsaw. Islas complained of chest pain and Hollar complained of pain to his elbow/lower arm. A passenger in the Hollar vehicle, Kaitie R. Hollar, 3, West Market Street, Warsaw, had a chest contusion. All were treated by EMS at the scene. Damage: $10,001-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Property Damage Accidents
• 2:37 p.m. Friday – Zimmer Road, 350 feet south of Zimmer Lane, Warsaw. Car-pickup truck collision. Drivers: Chance E. Ault, 23, Macy; Jay W. Rhodes, 50, East CR 500N, North Manchester. Damage: $5,001-$10,000. WPD.
• 4:32 p.m. Sunday – South Detroit at East Center streets, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Donna E. Everage, 26, East Wooster Road, Pierceton; Roger L. Fince, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. WPD.
Incidents
• 6 a.m. Friday – An incident of domestic battery was reported in the 1500 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:05 a.m. Friday – An incident of criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:46 p.m. Friday – An intoxicated juvenile was reported in the 300 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:02 p.m. Friday – A person reported being strangled, battered and intimidated in the 2000 block of South Maple Run, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 8:30 p.m. Friday – A woman was taken from the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw, to Kosciusko Community Hospital after self-harm. WPD.
