n 7:04 p.m. Thursday - David Rayburn Earl Cross, 47, of 9924 Lincoln Road, Syracuse, arrested for ephedrine restriction. No bond set.
n 10:44 p.m. Thursday - Jerimy Ray Horn, 31, of 6886 E. May Lane, Leesburg, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine and neglect of a dependent. No bond set.

n 11:51 p.m. Thursday - Donald Eugene Barley, 40, of 1867 Batchler Lane, Rochester, arrested on two counts of felony non-support. Bond: $1,314.

Injuries: Kline complained of neck pain and Haralampopoulos complained of head pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
