n 12:57 p.m. Wednesday - Gia Marie Mossner, 48, Columbia City, arrested for check deception. Bond: $225.

n 2:42 p.m. Wednesday - Elizabeth Kay Stump, 27, of 322 N. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.

n 3:20 p.m. Wednesday - Thomas Simpson II, 42, Elkhart, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

n 3:45 p.m. Wednesday - Dustin Wayne Baldridge, 24, of 4960 E. CR 500S, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

n 7:20 p.m. Wednesday - Steven Kenneth Berlin, 27, Shipshewana, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

n 7:45 p.m. Wednesday - Craig Adam Sroufe, 30, of 428 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.

n 10:14 p.m. Wednesday - Nathan Andrew Miller, 27, of 314 E. 4th St., Milford, arrested for driving wile suspended. Bond: $350.

n 3:26 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 300S, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Michelle L. Hoover, Hill Lake Road, Claypool. Injury: Hoover suffered facial bleeding. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 4:35 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of US 30 and CR 250E, Warsaw. Tractor-trailer-car collision. Drivers: Robert M. Harrison, 59, Clarksville; Anna L. Schiellerd, 78, Lima, Ohio. Injury: Schiellerd complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 7:43 p.m. Sept. 10 - Angel Smith, CR 250S, Warsaw, reported her son was bitten in the eye by a pit bull dog. KCSD.

n 11:11 a.m. Friday - An employee of Nelson Beverage, Bell Drive, Warsaw, reported a break-in and the theft of 40 cases of beer. KCSD.

n 11:35 a.m. Friday - Earl Thompson, CR 600S, Claypool, reported the theft of 20 gallons of gasoline, an extension cord and a trouble cord with a light from an outbuilding at his residence. KCSD.
