- 12:47 p.m. Monday - Eugene Paul Martz, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,000.
- 1:58 p.m. Monday - Nathan R. Lafountain, 18, of 3264 N. Bugle Court, Warsaw, arrested for burglary, theft and probation violation. Bond: $30,000.
- 6:45 p.m. Monday - Wesley Larue, 43, 5873 SW Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for possesion of marijuana. Bond: $450.
- 9:07 p.m. Monday - Robert Stineback, 19, Osceola, arrested on four counts of check deception. Bond; $7,000.
- 9:32 p.m. Monday - Alonso Reyna, 21, Aurora, Ill., arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.
- 9:55 p.m. Monday - Shayla Lynn Jent, 29, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested for conversion and check deception. Bond: $725.

- 9:50 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Center Street and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Katherine Rettig, 27, Lexington Drive, Winona Lake; Donnell Miller, 35, Pleasant, Calif. Damage: $750-$1,000. WPD.
