n 12:20 p.m. Monday - Christophe L. Strickler, 27, of 3608 S. Bruner Road, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.
n 1:50 p.m. Monday - Kyle Bradley Trexler, 21, of 71 W. North St., Milford, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:01 p.m. Monday - Anthony Wade Spencer, 49, Niles, Mich., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.
n 2:01 p.m. Monday - Carla Kristin Collins, 28, of 212 W. First St., Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 1:21 a.m. today - Justin Duane Yoder, 24, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor battery and two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $7,250.
n 3:28 a.m. today - Jeremy Wayne Hughes, 28, of 651 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 4:30 a.m. today - Karen Louise Smith, 55, of 4678 E. US 30, Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 6:34 p.m. Friday - CR 1350N, 1,000 feet west of CR 600W, Nappanee. Pickup went off road and landed in ditch. Driver: Jacob Cross, 16, CR 1100N, Milford. Injuries: Cross suffered bleeding to his head and a passenger in his vehicle, Alex Bennett, 16, Morning Side Drive, Nappanee, suffered minor bleeding to his head. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
