The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 12:56 p.m. Wednesday - Tyler James Niles, 19, Goshen, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.
- 1:15 p.m. Wednesday - Jeroney Lamarr Benford, 26, Muncie, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.
- 1:22 p.m. Wednesday - Kenneth Welch, 26, Salem, arrested for theft. No bond set.
- 2:52 p.m. Wednesday - Mitchell Allen Dawson, 25, of 5829 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 8:31 p.m. Wednesday - Guy Bradley Ambrose, 30, of 2091 E. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.
- 10:13 p.m. Robert Ryan Marshall, 19, of 701 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear and failure to comply. Bond: $26,000.
- 2:39 a.m. Andrew Ryan Glover, 24, Knox, arrested for driving while intoxicated causing serious injury, resisting/fleeing law enforcement, criminal recklessness and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $100,000.
Incidents
- 5:45 a.m. Tuesday - Ronald K. Smith, Enchanted Forest Lane, Cromwell, reported the theft of a vehicle. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- Sept. 12 - A Syracuse man reported being battered. KCSD.
