Property Damage Accident n 5:23 a.m. Thursday – East Adams Road, 1,000 feet north of EMS R3E Lane, Warsaw. Driver struck tree in roadway. Driver: Stephanie A. Stratton, 28, EMS R4B1 Lane, Pierceton. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
