 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 9:52 a.m. Wednesday – Brittany Jo Niccum, 24, of 306 1/2 W. 9th St., North Manchester, arrested for theft. Bond: $750.
n 3:31 p.m. Wednesday – Dyrell Aaron Kreis, 34, of 3211 W. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for obstruction of justice and possession of a precursor. Bond: $2,000.
n 9:45 p.m. Wednesday – Jeffrey Noel Reed, 57, of 605 W. Brooklyn St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
n 10:45 p.m. Wednesday – Caleb Michael Devine, 22, of 326 Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $2,000.
n 1:01 a.m. today – Moses Michael Lloyd, 35, of 1821 Nye St., Warsaw, arrested for obstructing justice, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.

n 10:46 a.m. Wednesday – South Ind. 15, 100 feet south of CR 950S, Silver Lake. Driver lost control of vehicle and slid into ditch. Driver: Paul E. Zile, 29, South CR 100W, Silver Lake. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.
n 4:36 p.m. Wednesday – East Center Street, 500 feet west of Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Peter W. Sheffer, 27, Robson Road, Winona Lake; Abbey R. Hartwiger, 18, East High Circle Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 5:46 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Prairie and Buffalo streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Michael F. Wilson, 32, South Southwood Driver, Warsaw; Scott A. Blum, 44, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

Incidents
n 9:25 a.m. Wednesday – Police responded to a report of a semi roll-over in the 8400 block of South CR 400E, Claypool. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 11:54 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw woman reported domestic battery and criminal confinement in the 300 block of Eisenhower Parkway. WPD.
