The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 3:36 a.m. Sunday - Ubaldo Cielo, 25, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $1,300.

- 4:19 a.m. Sunday - Jose Ivan Lucio, 27, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Lot 202, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

- 8:54 a.m. Sunday - Tasha L. Faber, 23, Hicksville, Ohio, arrested for ephedrine restriction. No bond set.

- 2:12 p.m. Monday - Trinton Jarrod Tuttle, 24, of 9018 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 3:16 p.m. Monday - Ryan William Stensland, 24, of 1601 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.

- 5:55 p.m. Monday - Kenneth Eugene Plosser, 20, Gary, arrested for burglary. Bond: $20,000.

- 7:58 p.m. Monday - David Keith Lindley, 36, of 201 S. Graceland Avenue, Claypool, arrested for criminal recklessness. Bond: $2,000.

- 10:22 p.m. Monday - Scarlett Faith Faulkner, 42, of 508 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.

- 11:48 p.m. Monday - James Franklin Osborne, 34, of 2861 W. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespassing and public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 12:21 a.m. Tuesday - Jason Wayne Elijah, 34, of 121 Eastbrook St., North Webster, arrested for conversion. Bond: $500.

- 9:53 a.m. Tuesday - Johnathon Matthew Bland, 21, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $20,000.

- 11:50 a.m. Tuesday - Tisha Marie Bratten, 19, of 210 Main St., Etna Green, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of legends. Bond: $2,000.

- 2:59 p.m. Tuesday - Maggie Ann Witham, 27, of 110 Main St., Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

- 3:38 p.m. Tuesday - Jacob Matthew Ashby, 20, of 2521 S. CR 400E, Rochester, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450

- 4:39 p.m. Tuesday - Jose A. Hernandez, 49, Goshen, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.
