- 11:10 p.m. Saturday - Richard Matthew Myers, 45, of 1201 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $500.
- 11:42 a.m. Monday - Michael Anthony Miller, 35, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 12:53 p.m. Monday - Jacob Allen Crawford, 21, Dyersburg, Tenn., arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:05 p.m. Monday - Rex Charles Lewallen, 43, of 3328 N. CR 400E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and probation violation. Value: $1,750.
- 1:07 p.m. Monday - Kenny Lee Kern, 24, of 107.5 Carrol St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
- 5:02 p.m. Monday - Ryan Norwin Orlacchio, 37, of 2208 Durbin St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 5:46 p.m. Monday - Brandon Timothy Eads, 22, of 1010 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 7:44 p.m. Monday - Kyler Lee Northrup, 23, of 4839 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for legends or precursors. Bond: $2,000.
- 10:09 p.m. Monday - Richard Damon Hagan, 21, of 50 EMS B22 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for possession of a machine gun. No bond set.
- 10:10 p.m. Monday - Ashlee Marie Brookins, 19, of 2017 Blue Spruce, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 2:37 p.m. Friday - Intersection of CRs 300E and 200N, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Rodney A. Chiddister, 46, East CR 250N, Warsaw; Lauretta A. Shoemaker, 41, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Injury: Chiddister complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
