n 12:16 a.m. Sunday – D. Ann Jackson, 34, of 5152 S. CR 700W, Burket, arrested for driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine, possession of Schedule V paraphernalia and check deception. Bond: $3,000.
n 8:57 a.m. Sunday – Eric Garza, 41, of 275 E. Levi Lee Road, No. 198, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation and driving while suspended. Bond: $2,450.
n 7:10 p.m. Sunday – Mark Edward Bowser, 56, of 7448 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for intimidation and intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $4,000.
