Fruit, 23, EMS W30B Lane, North Webster. Injuries: Fruit complained of neck pain; Dustin K. Catanzarite, 28, Rachael Fruit’s passenger, complained of neck pain; Carmen E. Fruit, infant, Rachael Fruit’s passenger, suffered abrasion to the face. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
