- 5:18 p.m. Tuesday – Kenneth Robert Hyatt, 44, of 206 E. Harrison St., Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
Personal Injury Accidents - 1:37 p.m. Monday – Intersection of county roads 100 North and 300 East, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Andrew G. Peters, 28, of 6075 E. CR 150N, Pierceton; Melissa S. Fitzsimmons, of 6287 E. CR 100N, Pierceton. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 1:42 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Crystal Lake Road and County Road 400 West, Warsaw. One vehicle ran off road. Driver: Steven R. Foltz, 46, of 933 S. CR 950W, Etna Green. Injury: Foltz complained of head pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
