County Jail Bookings
The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 12:51 a.m. Monday – Gabriel Thomas Acita, 24, of Greensburg, Pa., arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $350.
- 1:34 p.m. Monday – Troy Eugene Garber, 51, of Goshen, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,000.
- 1:36 p.m. Monday – Daniel Lee Morrison, 39, of 513 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 5:43 p.m. Monday – Richard Svinarich, 49, of 4739 E. CR 900S, Claypool, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 11:28 p.m. Monday – Joey Martinez, 29, of 508 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:17 a.m. today – Brenden Owen Somers, 19, of 154 EMS W30 Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

Personal Injury Accident
- 4:42 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Twelfth Street and Sunday Lane, Winona Lake. One vehicle struck a pedestrian. Driver: Heron J. Patino, 50, of 105 15th St., Winona Lake. Injury: Chad R. Gaines, 38, of 1208 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, complained of abdomen/pelvis pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 3:36 p.m. Friday – 303 Argonne Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shelba J. Dewells, 50, of 368 EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton; Hong J. Lem, 71, of 43 Little Eagle Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
- 8:26 p.m. Friday – 310 Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Toni K. Smith, 50, of 3091 S. Trail Ridge Road, Warsaw, struck a vehicle registered to Reynaldo Martinez, 100 EMS Lane C19, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
- 12:17 p.m. Saturday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Margaret J. Tucker, 73, of 412 Pierceton Road, Winona Lake; Mary L. Lasuer, 74, of 308 S. Main St., Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
- 9:46 a.m. Monday – 3600 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kathy L. Wilcox, 56, of 500 West St., Winona Lake; Triston M. Reiff, 23, of 3363 N. CR 650E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
- 10:14 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Dubois and Provident drives, Warsaw. One vehicle struck median. Driver: Glenda Bryd, 61, of 700 S. Kinder Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

Incidents
- 8:20 a.m. Saturday – A Warsaw man reported his 1995 Ford Ranger stolen from his property in the 700 block of West Eagle Street. WPD.
- 9:05 a.m. Saturday – Warsaw Deli Mart and Café, 3589 Commerce Drive, Warsaw, reported a vending machine damaged and money stolen from it. WPD.
- 9:34 p.m. Sunday – A Goshen woman reported a man exposed himself to her 16-year-old daughter while at Pike Lake Campground. WPD.
- 10:28 a.m. Monday – Ace Hardware, 1701 E. Center St., Warsaw, reported four spools of copper wire stolen. WPD.
- Monday – Remax Rainbow, 358 Enterprise Drive, Warsaw, reported an air conditioning unit, a well pump/pressure tank and copper had been stolen from a home in the 5200 block of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
