n 7:38 p.m. Tuesday - Seth Lewis Cummins, 29, of 1468 E. CR 75 N. Warsaw, arrested for ephedrine restriction, possession of legends or precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,500.
n 8:20 p.m. Tuesday - Justin Clay Beaudin, 20, of 548 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.
n 11:46 p.m. Tuesday - Jody Renee Yeazel, 46, of 103 W. Pearl St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
