n 5:03 p.m. Monday - David Ryan Oaks, 29, of 3191 W. Myrtle Glen, Silver Lake, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
n 8:01 p.m. Monday - Ryan James Prater, 23, of 653 Heritage Court, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass and failure to appear. Bond: $2,750.
n 9:06 p.m. Monday - Larry Gene Davis, 39, of 203 Williams St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 10:41 p.m. Monday - Ronnie Grant Baldridge, 44, of 4741 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.
n 10:51 p.m. Monday - Jeffery Scott Farmer, 31, of 8280 E. US 30, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended and on warrants in two civil matters. Bond: $16,900.
n 12:25 a.m. today - Misty Ann Campbell, 30, of 322 N. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested for driving without a license and probation violation. Bond: $350.
n 3:40 a.m. today - Thomas Glenn Hursey, 22, of 5347 W. Turner Road, Claypool, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,000.
n 5:44 a.m. today - Stephanie Michelle Gulley, 22, of 7863 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

Injury: Hill suffered bruising to his shoulder. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
n 8:06 a.m. Friday - Intersection of Sunset Drive and Ross Avenue, Warsaw. Motorcycle laid down. Driver: Anthony A. Hepler, 45, Cook Street, Warsaw. Injury: Hepler suffered scrapes to his arm. Damage: Less than $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 2:31 p.m. Friday - Intersection of South Drive and Parker Street, Warsaw. Mo-ped slid on wet pavement. Driver: Jodie M. Wells, 39, Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Wells complained of back pain. Damage: Less than $1,000. WPD.
n 5:09 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Frontage Road and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Brian D. Smith, 30, Jefferson Street, Leesburg; Britnee S. Sheetz, 23, CR 500S, Mentone. Injury: Sheetz complained of head pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
