- 8:20 a.m. Friday - Melissa Kaye Hockenberry, aka Melissa Kaye Long, 32, Rome City, arrested for non-support. Bond: $3,000.
- 11 a.m. Friday - Darrin Dean Gray, 41, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
- 12:28 p.m. Friday - Roy Lee Skeens, 24, of 12 Vacation Way Drive, North Manchester, arrested for ephedrine restriction and probation violation. Bond: $3,000.

Bicyclist: Scott Snyder, 27, Emeline Street, Milford. Injury: Snyder suffered a fractured/dislocated upper arm and shoulder. Damage: $2,500 - $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
