- 7:55 a.m. Wednesday - Marco Antonio Malagon, 19, of 1822 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 7:55 a.m. Wednesday - Samuel Efferin Alvarez, 29, of 1822 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:20 p.m. Wednesday - Juan Carlos Jimenez, 24, Macy, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 3:02 p.m. Wednesday - Alexis Erin Riley, 24, of 117 N. High St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 3:15 p.m. Wednesday - Jeffrey Allen Martin, 28, of 1819 Sue St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 5:06 p.m. Wednesday - Kevin Michael Ferguson, 43, of 1230 N. CR 400E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
