Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for driving with a suspended license. Bond: $450. • 2:59 p.m. Thursday – Jacob Lewis Larkin, 23, of 104 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear in court. Bond: $337. • 8:37 p.m. Thursday – David Ryan Oaks, 34, of 1416 Clear Creek Trail, North Manchester, arrested for driving with a suspended license. Palestine St., Mentone, arrested for check deception. Bond: $350. Personal Injury Accident • 11 a.m. Wednesday – West CR 500S, Mentone. Vehicle ran off road. Driver: Jordan A. Shafer, 18, West 18 Street, Rochester. Injuries: A passenger in Shafer’s vehicle, Cole A. Dowd, 19, North CR 900E, Mentone, complained of pain to the chest; Shafer died from a fatal head injury. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
