• 12:21 p.m. Friday – Caleb Tyler Thomas, 24, of 1606 Hillcrest Drive, North Manchester, arrested for stalking. Bond: $5,750.
• 1:52 p.m. Friday – Leeandra Justine Rodriguez, 25, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear – misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.
• 3:21 p.m. Friday – Richard Ray Lafrance III, 20, Argos, arrested for failure to appear – original charge felony. No bond set.

• 2:39 p.m. Thursday – 5877 N. First St., Leesburg. Car went off road and hit landscaping and barn belonging to Scott A. Moran, North First Street, Leesburg. Driver: James E. Jorczak, 81, East Oldfield Drive, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
