Personal Injury Accident • 8:40 p.m. Monday – East Winona Avenue, Winona Lake. Vehicle hit bicycle. Driver: Jose G. Garcia, 20, Indian Trail, Warsaw. Cyclist: Karen L. Kauffman, 50, Bay View Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Kauffman complained of pain to her ribs, left elbow and left lower leg. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
