The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1:58 p.m. Tuesday - Mika Jerome Shepherd, 40, of 218 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator for life. Bond: $20,250.

• 3:43 p.m. Tuesday - Cameron Dean Wild, 24, Valparaiso, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 4:52 p.m. Tuesday - Joe Angel Rodriguez, 28, of 102 N. Main St., Sidney, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and failure to pay. No bond set.

• 7:05 p.m. Tuesday - Tristin Lee Ritter, 18, Ligonier, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 8:06 p.m. Tuesday - Kyle Lee Williams, 26, of 98 EMS C27C Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $691.

• 8:12 p.m. Tuesday - Zackery Hernandez, 29, of 1816 Hepler Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 8:39 p.m. Tuesday - Michelle Lee Shepherd, 35, of 4452 N. First Place, Leesburg, arrested for burglary of a dwelling. Bond: $12,500.

• 7:04 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 200 feet north of East South Barbee Drive, North Webster. Car left road, hit a tree and overturned onto its roof. Driver: Stephen P. Botchkai, 67, North CR 850W, Pierceton. Injury: Botchkai complained of chest pain and was bleeding from the nose and was taken to Parkview Hospital Warsaw.  Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:18 p.m. Monday - 1 Warrior Path, Syracuse. SUV hit parked car registered to Cherine Hare-Syers, North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Driver: Darcy R. Tranter, 39, North CR 925E, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:01 p.m. Monday - West Old 30, 150 feet east of North CR 600W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Lyle L. Witham, 80, Hayward, Calif. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 5:23 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Fort Wayne and North Detroit streets, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Kelsey M. Hall, 23, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; Suzanne M. Light, 66, East Masters Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:54 a.m. Monday - A person reported the theft of medical prescriptions from a vehicle in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSD.
