Bond: $350. n 2:37 a.m. today – Robert John Hamilton Jr., 53, of 598 S. CR 325E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
Personal Injury Accident n 8:26 p.m. Thursday – West CR 1350N, 800 feet west of North CR 850W, Nappanee. Driver struck bicyclist. Driver: Gary A. Kuhns, 24, 5th Road, Bremen. Bicyclist: Brenda Miller, 15, West CR 1350N, Nappanee. Injuries: Miller suffered minor bleeding on her upper leg. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriffs Department investigated.
