Personal Injury Accident - 9:32 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Country Club Drive and CR 400S, Warsaw. One vehicle ran off road. Driver: Jesse Alamos, 22, of 714 N. West St., Warsaw. Injury: Josh Melgoza, 15, of 714 N. West St., Warsaw, complained of chest pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
