The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 8:04 a.m. Friday - Jeremy Andrew Whitworth, 22, of 15028 E. Ind. 114, Akron, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $450.
- 2:39 p.m. Friday - Jerry Dee Phillips, 42, of 4791 S. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested for check deception. Bond: $1,000.
- 3:59 p.m. Friday - Holly Renae Neher, 32, of 1104 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for assisting another criminal. No bond set.
- 5 p.m. Friday - Shad Michael Clements, 40, of Logansport, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
