The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 9:15 a.m. Tuesday - Skyler Jolee Cain, 21, of 308 W. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 10:15 a.m. Tuesday - Lindsey Jensen, 21, of 11194 N. Honeycomb Lane, Cromwell, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
- 12:16 p.m. Tuesday - Gregory Kent Whtieman, 46, of 7117 W. CR 1300N, Silver Lake, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 6 p.m. Tuesday - Moises Enoe Santamaria, 33, of 72167 Jennifer Court, Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 7:05 p.m. Tuesday - Charlene Marie Bontrager, 19, White Pigeon, Mich., arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,000.
- 7:29 p.m. Tuesday - Bobby Joe Edmonds, 21, of 15012 S. Country Cove Road, Syracuse, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $2,500.
- 11:16 p.m. Tuesday - Mario Cuahuzio, 31, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 2:50 a.m. today - Ryan Joseph Simmons, 22, of 1058 N. Shagbark Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $550

- 7:40 p.m. July 14 - Demetrio Vallejo, East CR 950N, Syracuse, reported a fraud. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 1:15 p.m. Monday - A Mentone man reported being battered. KCSD.
- 7:41 a.m. Tuesday - An Owens Supermarket employee, West Market Street, Warsaw, reported recieving fraudulent check. Value: $953.49. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 9:18 p.m. Tuesday - A Warsaw woman reported being battered. WPD.
- 9:23 p.m. Tuesday - Andru Boyd Hicks, Wooster Road, Warsaw, reported an attempted fraud. WPD.
