A, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief and battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $2,500. n 12:22 a.m. Saturday – Jared A. Young, 35, of 9801 N. Lincoln Road, Syracuse, arrested for resisting law enforcement and public intoxication. Bond: $550. n 2:36 a.m. Saturday – Austin J. Smith, 19, of 508 Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse, arrested for criminal conversion and operator never licensed. Bond: $1,300. n 3:47 a.m. Saturday – Brandon R. Chambers, 19, of 4125 N. Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement and illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. Bond: $300.
Personal Injury Accidents n 9:47 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Indiana and Main streets, Warsaw. Vehicle struck traffic director. Driver: Richard K. Milbern, 20, Park Avenue, Winona Lake. Injuries: Robert J. Hurt, Broadway Street, Mentone, complained of pain in his arm and elbow but declined EMS treatment. Damages: Less than $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 10:23 p.m. Friday – CR 700W, 5 feet north of CR 650N, Etna Green. Vehicle struck fence. Driver: Rachel L. Snider, 43, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Snider suffered abrasions to her right leg and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated. n 1:13 p.m. Saturday – 3605 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle struck building. Driver: Rita M. Schwartz, 86, Camelot Drive, Winona Lake. Injuries: Schwartz complained of neck pain and was treated on scene but declined EMS transport. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. WPD. n 5:20 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of CRs 475E and 375N, North Webster. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kimberly A. Bolt, 42, CR 375N, Warsaw; Michael R. Gawthrop, 22, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw.
