No bond set. • 11:04 p.m. Monday – Ramon Andra Hart II, 22, of 311 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for false informing and possession of marijuana. Bond: $600. • 12:17 a.m. today – Terry Lee Sabo, 29, of 2300 S. Ind. 25, Warsaw, arrested for criminal confinement and strangulation. Bond: $5,250. • 12:22 a.m. today – Brian Lee Kern, 31, of 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for battery and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750. • 5:33 a.m. today – Cleofas Maldonado Deiser, 44, Columbia City, arrested for driving with a suspended license with prior offense. Bond: $450.
Personal Injury Accident • 2:52 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East Center and Tamarack streets, Warsaw. Motorcycle fell avoiding collision. Driver: Dennis C. Kostro, 70, EMS C27 Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Kostro reported contusion and bruising of the entire body. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
