The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 10:02 a.m. Tuesday – Michael Wayne Thomas, 18, of 221 N. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
- 2:05 p.m. Tuesday – Alvin D. Dials, 52, of 3216 S. Oak St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $250,000.
- 11:30 a.m. Wednesday – Jeffrey Alan Ross, 41, of Haviland, Ohio, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 1:57 p.m. Wednesday – Anita D. Miles, 41, of 502 S. Logan St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:30 p.m. Wednesday – Zachary James Lee, 21, of South Whitley, arrested for aggravated battery. Bond: $10,000.
- 10:22 p.m. Wednesday – Debra S. Hasse, 51, of 5875 E. CR 1050N, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $500.
- 12:03 a.m. today – Phil Alan Thornton, 41, of 4400 N. CR 450W, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 12:49 a.m. today – Richard Lee Hardwick, 21, of 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:52 a.m. today – Keith James Bryan, 24, of Columbia City, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 3:41 a.m. today – Austin David Le Esterline, 25, of Columbia City, arrested for refusing to submit to a chemical test, public intoxication and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 6:19 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Zimmer Lane and Zimmer Road, Warsaw. One mo-ped ran off road. Driver: Mandy J. Trumble, 16, of 1611 Maye St., Warsaw. Injury: Trumble complained of face pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 4:33 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 1300N and 300E, Milford. One vehicle ran off road. Driver: Sherry A. Vandusen, 55, of 102 N. Huntington St., Syracuse. Injury: Vandusen complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

- 6:35 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Center and Lincoln streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Robert J. Bayne, 65, of 4952 W. Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw; Ronnie L. Wood, 66, of 2104 S. Julian Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
- 10:58 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Market and Harrison streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: George D. Crawford, 61, of 506 Bay Circle Drive, Warsaw; Heidi A. Wallace, 51, of 2502 N. CR 325E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
- 1:39 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and East Main Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Janet M. Knispel, 60, of 315 S. Leedy St., Warsaw; Jessica L. Scheil, 32, of 1902 N. Sandpiper Drive, Apt. D, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
- 3:24 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30W and CR 250E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Dana M. Maggert, 37, of 215 Canterbury Lane, Warsaw; Douglas D. Kilgore, 51, of Miller. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
- 6:43 p.m. Wednesday – 302 W. Market St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle hit-skip collision. A mini-van registered to Norma E. Bolen, of 3336 W. CR 500S Lot 4, Mentone, was struck by an unknown vehicle. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

Incident
- 3:02 a.m. today – A Huntington man reported a .22-caliber pellet gun was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in the 100 block of North Main Street, Sidney. KCSD.
